Beyond the plush king bed (which guests consistently call one of the most comfortable hotel beds they've slept in), there's a proper sitting area, a desk, and a newly renovated bathroom with a modern glass‑door shower and marble vanity.
And yes - the WiFi actually works. Fast enough for streaming, video calls, or getting real work done at your in-room desk.

Brand new and one‑of‑a‑kind — our largest offering. Two separate areas: a main room with a king bed, dining table, and desk; a second living space with a twin‑over‑full bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The Premier Suite functions like a small apartment, making it ideal for extended stays or groups who want maximum space after a day on the trails.
Note: the upper bunk is sized for children; the sleeper sofa must be requested in advance.

King, Two Queen, and Accessible rooms follow a standard 72‑hour cancellation policy (first night's room and tax applies after that). Our premium suites — Bunk, Family, and Premier — shift to a 7‑day policy from May 1 through September 30 (100% charge within seven days during peak season); they use the standard 72‑hour policy the rest of the year.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Our front desk is staffed 24/7. Late check-out: $25 until noon, $50 until 1:00 PM, subject to availability.
Yes! Dogs are welcome in our designated pet-friendly rooms for $25 per night (maximum 2 dogs, up to 85 pounds each). Pet-friendly rooms are limited, so you must select the 'I'm bringing a pet!' option when booking. Our large lawn, fire pit area, and pet relief area make us the best place in Mount Shasta to travel with your dog. Service animals are always welcome with no fee.
Yes — an Accessible King Room and Accessible Two Queen Room. Both feature extra mobility space, 36-inch doorways, grab bars on the toilet and bathtub, portable shower seat, and a roll-under sink with insulated piping. Select the ADA option when booking.
Yes. We offer free on-site parking with easy access directly to your room. No parking structures or long hallways to navigate. EV charging is available at several locations around town.
A limited number of cribs (pack-n-plays) are available upon request in advance at no charge. No rollaway beds are available. Sleeper sofas in King Rooms ($20 per night) and the Premier Suite (no additional charge) must be requested in advance.
