Booking & Rates

How do I book a room?

You can book directly through our website at www.innatmountshasta.com, call us at (530) 918-9292, or email guestservices@innatmountshasta.com. Our front desk is staffed 24/7. You'll always find the lowest rates, typically 10–15% less than third-party sites, when you book directly with us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard rooms: cancellations more than 3 days before arrival are free; within 3 days, one night's room and tax. Suites in peak season (May 1–Sep 30): cancel within 7 days, charged 100%. Outside peak season, the standard one-night policy applies. As a small, family-owned property, we can't make exceptions for weather, road conditions, or personal emergencies.

When will my credit card be charged?

A $1 per night authorization at booking validates your card. The full balance is charged when your cancellation window closes — 72 hours before arrival for standard rooms, or 7 days before for premium suites in peak season.

Is parking free?

Yes. Free on-site parking with easy access directly to your room.

Can I request a specific room or floor?

Two levels, no elevator. We'll do our best to accommodate floor preferences but can't guarantee them. Note: Bunk Suite, Family Suite, and Premier Suite are second floor only. We're also typically available if you'd like help with your bags.

Pets

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Dogs are welcome in our designated pet-friendly rooms for $25 per night (maximum 2 dogs, up to 85 pounds each). Pet-friendly rooms are limited, so you must select the 'I'm bringing a pet!' option when booking. Our large lawn, fire pit area, and pet relief area make us the best place in Mount Shasta to travel with your dog. Service animals are always welcome with no fee. You can visit the Pet page on our website for additional information.
